One of the founders of the heavy metal group Godsmack who later was a contributing founder of the band Another Animal.
He started to play the bass when he was 14 and previously played with groups of several genres such as blues, reggae, and country.
In 2007 as a member of Godsmack, they released a greatest hits album for their 10th anniversary together.
He was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
He was in Godsmack with frontman Sully Erna .
