ABOUT ROBERT ROJAS
Professional center and left back that was signed by the Argentina based soccer team Club Atlético River Plate in 2019. Before signing with River Plate, he played in 72 career games for Club Guaraní during the 2017-18 and 2018-19 club seasons. He has also represented the Paraguayan men's national team in international play.
He first began playing soccer for São Paulo FC's youth team as a teenager. He played for São Paulo youth club up until 2016.
He made his official senior international debut playing against Japan on September 5, 2019. Five days later, her scored his first career international goal playing against Jordan on September 10, 2019.
He and his wife Karen have a son named Ian. His wife is a psychologist. He grew up living in Concepción,
Paraguay and São Paulo, Brazil.
He played alongside Gustavo Gómez and Óscar Romero as a member of the Paraguayan national team in 2022.
