ABOUT ROBERTA SUDBRACK
Chef who ran a restaurant ranked as one of the best on the illustrious S. Pellegrino's Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants List. She served as the first female head chef in the presidential residence of Brazil. In 2012, she was the chef responsible for feeding the Brazilian delegation at the London Olympic Games. She has earned more than 210,000 followers on her robertasudbrack Instagram account.
She started out selling hot dogs on the streets.
Her eponymous restaurant was in Rio de Janeiro Zona Sul. In 2016, she launched a traveling hotdog stand called Sud Dog in homage to her beginnings.
When her grandfather passed away, she sold hot dogs as a means to support her grandmother and herself.
As chef for the President of Brazil, she catered dinners and banquets for foreign leaders such as Juan Carlos I King of Spain , King Charles III , Bill Clinton and Tony Blair .
