ABOUT ROGER GLOVER

Bassist best known as a member of the classic rock bands Deep Purple and Rainbow. Some of the band's most popular songs are Smoke on the Water and My Woman From Tokyo.

He attended the Harrow County School for Boys and joined the band Episode Six.

He wrote the riff to the hit Deep Purple song Maybe I'm a Leo.

His daughter Gillian is also a musician.

He and singer/guitarist Ian Gillan are both members of Deep Purple.
