Romana D'Annunzio
ABOUT ROMANA D'ANNUNZIO
Italian-Scottish television presenter and social media personality who is best known for co-hosting the children's show Blue Peter from the year 1996 to the year 1998. She is also known for appearing in an episode of The Young Person's Guide to Becoming a Rock Star (1998).
She had an interest in stage acting from a young age. She was recruited to cohost Blue Peter in 1996 after meeting the editor Lewis Bronze at the Edinburgh Television Festival.
From the year 2004, D'Annunzio studied English and Italian at the University of Edinburgh and graduated with a MA, having also worked as an English teacher in Rome. D'Annunzio completed her post-graduate diploma in education at the University of Glasgow.
She was born and raised in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is of Italian descent.
She appeared in Blue Peter alongside Richard Bacon , Katy Hill , and Konnie Huq .
