He attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory High School in San Francisco, CA where he is graduated in 2017.

He became one of the top recruits in his high school class.

His older brother Trevor was also a successful high school basketball player.

He and Shareef O'Neal both generated national attention as high school basketball players.
