ABOUT RON HOLLAND

Professional basketball player and athlete who is known for playing the small forward position for the Detroit Pistons of the NBA. He was selected by the team in the first round of the 2024 NBA draft. Holland was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top players in the 2023 class, according to major recruiting services.[9] He is ranked as the best recruit in the state of Texas.

He played high school basketball as a student at Duncanville High School.

During his senior year of high school he was selected to play in the 2023 McDonald's All-American Boys Game. Instead of playing collegiate basketball be played for the NBA G League Ignite. He stands six feet, eight inches tall and weighs just under 210 pounds.

He was born in Duncanville, Texas.

Both he and Cade Cunningham play for the Pistons.
