Active in sports as a child, he competed in football throughout his young life. After high school, he would enroll in business school and would study law enforcement before turning to real estate.

He has worked as a realtor for The Houseman & Associates, a company started by his father, Dean.

His father, Dean, sold real estate and he would, eventually, follow in his footsteps.

Both he and Jackson Wood gained fame as the husbands of popular internet stars.
