ABOUT RYAN S. JHUN
Korean songwriter and producer who founded Marcan Entertainment. He's best known for his work with the K-pop group SM Entertainment, which is home to artists such as BoA and Girls' Generation.
He originally tried to audition for the K-pop boy band Shinhwa but his parents strongly disapproved of a career in music.
He began submitting his music to labels in both America and Korea in 2009 and faced several rejections letters until SM showed interest.
He was born in South Korea but moved to New York at the age of ten.
His debut song was "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" by Lee Hyori .
