Composer for film and television. On his Ryan Leach YouTube channel, he has earned over 170,000 subscribers who can see tutorials on the craft of writing music for film, TV, and video games.
He earned a degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music and worked as an assistant to veteran composer Michael Levine at Hans Zimmer 's Remote Control Productions.
He has scored over a dozen feature films, including Pastor Shepherd starring Danny Trejo . and Anacapa by writer/director Nicholas Tolkien, great-grandson of J.R.R. Tolkien .
He is from the United States, but grew up in South Australia.
He scored the original Netflix film Candy Jar, which starred Helen Hunt and Christina Hendricks .
