ABOUT SALEH AL-SHEHRI

Professional striker that was first signed by the Al Ahli Saudi Football Club in 2012. He was later signed by the Al Hilal Saudi Football Club in 2020. He has also made appearances as a member of the Saudi Arabian men's national team during his professional career.

Prior to his professional career, he played for the Al-Ahli youth club. He played for their youth club until he was 19 years old.

He scored his first international goal on November 14, 2020, while playing against the Jamaican men's national team. His team won the match 3-0. When Argentina played Saudia Arabia in the 2022 World Cup, he scored Saudi Arabia's first goal of the match.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia area.

He played against Ángel Di María and Lionel Messi during the 2022 World Cup.
