Best recognized for her appearance in the A&E reality series Married at First Sight alongside her husband Neil Bowlus whom she later divorced.

Prior to her Married At First Sight appearance, she was working as a bank manager in Atlanta, Georgia.

Since her reality debut, she has become a blogger on The Real Mr. Housewife.

Growing up in a military family, she moved around a lot in her youth. Her parents divorced when she was a teenager. She got engaged to Chris Wise in January of 2018 and later announced they were expecting their first child together.

Much like Cortney Hendrix , she was a cast member on A&E's Married at First Sight.
