She landed her first major acting role as Tina in the David Gordon Green directed feature film The Sitter , starring Jonah Hill , in 2011.
She starred in the 2014 film Rob the Mob as Agent Annie Bell.
Her parents' names are Dennis and Christine. She has siblings named Aiyana and Joshua. She married Orange is the New Black writer Lauren Morelli in 2017.
She was friends with Danielle Brooks at Juilliard before becoming on-screen friends with her in Orange is the New Black.
