Rose to fame first competing on Survivor: Cagayan, the twenty-eighth series of the popular reality show. She would reprise her appearance on the thirty-fourth season of the show, Survivor: Game Changers.

She was working as a police officer when she joined the cast of Survivor.

Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she later lived in Marion.
