ABOUT SEAN JOHNSON

Goalkeeper who became a starter for the Chicago Fire in 2010, after one season with the Atlanta Blackhawks. He began playing with Toronto FC in 2023. His soccer fame has led him to amass over 70,000 followers on Instagram.

He played two seasons at the University of Central Florida before making his MLS debut in 2009.

He was promoted to the U.S. national team's senior squad in 2011, after playing at the U20 and U23 levels.

He was raised with a brother named Jarrett.

He joined fellow goalkeeper Nick Rimando on the U.S. national team in 2011.
