Sportscaster who gained fame covering the NBA. He was the creator of NBA.com's Hang Time blog and podcast. He passed away in January 2021 due to complications from COVID-19.

He graduated from Jackson State University in 1997.

He worked as a senior on-air analyst for NBA TV. He wrote a weekly column for NBA.com called The MVP Ladder.

He is survived by his wife, Heather, and three kids Gabriel, Cameron, and Riley. He had three siblings.

His death was mourned by long-time colleagues and NBA players, including Chris Paul , Steve Kerr , and Dwyane Wade .
