ABOUT SEONGHYEON

South Korean pop singer, songwriter, and producer known for being one of the five members of the K-pop band CORTIS and for the songs "What You Want" and "Go!"

He studied at Daejeon Gwanjeo Elementary School. He joined BigHit Music in 2021 and began training in music to become a K-pop star. He debuted with CORTIS on August 18th, 2025 when CORTIS dropped their lead single "What You Want" as the title track to their first EP COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES.

His English name is Sean. He dislikes mint chocolate ice cream and has an INTP personality type. He enjoys watching movies and dramas, playing basketball, skateboarding, and bicycling.

His birth name is Eom Sung-hyun. He was born and raised in Seo-gu, Daejeon, South Korea.

He signed and launched with BigHit Music, the same label which launched the careers of RM and Yeonjun .
