ABOUT SHAEDON SHARPE

Canadian shooting guard who became a member of the Portland Trail Blazers in 2022. He was a five-star recruit out of high school and he was selected 7th overall in the 2022 NBA draft. He played for his high school, H.B. Beal in his hometown of London, Ontario. He graduated high school early and expected to play for the University of Kentucky Wildcats with which he had signed, but instead, he was drafted directly into the NBA.

He played on Canada's National Team in the 2019 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship. He stands at 6 feet 5 inches and weighs approximately 200 pounds.

He was born in London, Ontario, Canada along with his two other siblings. He has a cousin who played for the Toronto Blue Jays .

He and Damian Lillard became teammates on the Trail Blazers in 2022.
