ABOUT SHAHAB ZAHEDI
Striker and winger who played with the Iranian club Persepolis from 2014 to 2017. He then transferred to the Icelandic club IBV, with whom he won the 2017 Icelandic Cup.
He got his start with the Paykan youth academy when he was 14 years old.
He is the first Iranian player ever to play soccer in Iceland.
He has a brother named Mehdi.
He played with Mehdi Taremi at Persepolis.
