Founder and CEO of Bombshell Fitness Inc. notable for being a women's health and fitness expert as well as professional bodybuilder. As a motivational, fitness and lifestyle educational speaker, she has took the podium at events including the Miss USA State Title Holder Retreat, Miss USA Beauty Is Power Symposium and NFL Cheerleaders Alumni Association.

She was a cheerleader at the University of Kansas before becoming a NFL cheerleading captain for the Kansas City Chiefs. She launched Bombshell Fitness in 2007.

She became the owner of a chain of health clubs called Boom Fitness. She became the NPC Chairperson for the state of Florida.

She would reside with her husband in Daytona Beach, Florida. Her father served in the Pacific during WWII.

She was part of the 2017 Sheru Classic sports and fitness expo in India along with numerous others, including The Great Khali .
