ABOUT SHASHANK UDAPURKAR
Indian film director, writer, and actor who received acclaim for his 2020 drama film, Prawaas. He made his directorial debut with the 2016 biographical film, Anna. His acting credits include 2009's Kartavya and 2014's Badlapur Boys.
He attended Amravati University.
He was a guest on a 2016 episode of The Kapil Sharma Show. His film, Prawaas, was an official selection of the 51st International Film Festival of India. Over the course of his acting career, he has appeared in more than a half dozen different films.
He is from Achalpur, India.
As director of Anna, he worked with actors Tanishaa Mukerji and Sharat Saxena .
