ABOUT SHEHU SANI
Politician, activist and playwright who became the President of the Civil Rights Congress of Nigeria and Chairman of the charity organization Hand-in-Hand Africa. In 2015, he won the Kaduna Central Senatorial District on the platform of the All Progressive Congress.
He studied agricultural engineering at Kaduna Polytechnic.
He's written the plays Phantom Crescent and Thugs at the Helm and has authored over a dozen books.
He was born in Tudun Wada, Kaduna, Nigeria.
Atiku Abubakar and Wande Abimbola are two other notable politicians with Nigerian ancestry.
