ABOUT SHIVRAJ SINGH CHOUHAN

Indian politician who is the Vice president of Bharatiya Janata Party. He is a five-time Member of Parliament.

He holds a master of arts in philosophy from Barkatullah University.

From 1976 to 1977, he was imprisoned in Bhopal Jail for his participation in the underground movement against Emergency.

His parents are Prem Singh and Sundar Bai Chouhan. He married the actress Sadhna Singh in 1992. Their sons are Kartrikey and Kunal.

Narendra Modi is also a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
