ABOUT SIMON BULL

Painter from England. He is famous for being one of the most successful print artists for his portrait work and expressive paintings. On his Simon Bull YouTube channel, he has gained over 4,000 subscribers who can see his work in progress, interviews, and live painting events.

He studied art from a young age and eventually went to Leeds Polytechnic with a bachelor's degree in fine art. In 2002, he was selected to do a painting that commemorated the Salt Lake Winter Olympics, along with Thomas Kinkade .

In 2017, he opened Meuse Gallery in Carmel, CA, on the famous Ocean Avenue. His second location opened in 2019 in Saint Helena, CA, on downtown Main Street.

He is from Bedfordshire, England, and lives in California. His father was Ian Bull. He is married to Joanna, and they have four children and six grandchildren together.

He was commissioned to paint a portrait of Muhammad Ali . Some other famous people he has painted include Barack Obama , whose painting was unveiled at his inauguration in 2009 by Ashley Judd .
