ABOUT SIYA AQ KOLISI
South African rugby union player who is best recognized for his work as captain of the South Africa national team. He is also known for his work with the Stormers where he plays as a loose forward. He began playing with the club Racing 92 in 2023.
He first started his youth career playing for the Eastern Province Kings in 2007. He then started his senior career with Western Province in 2011. His debut for South Africa's national team came in 2013.
He is known for having led the South African Rugby team to victory in the 2019 World Cup against England. He stands at 6 feet 1 inch tall.
He was born and raised in Port Elizabeth, Tailevu, and married Rachel Smith in 2016. Together they had two children named Nicholas and Keziah.
