Following in her sister Indi Cowie 's footsteps, she is a popular professional soccer freestyler.

A soccer player early in life, it was after she had some back and knee problems that prevented her from playing with her team that she began to immerse herself in freestyle.

Both she and her sister partnered with the video company The Whistle Network.

Both of her parents, Logan and Judith, are Scottish.

At a Team FNV event in 2015, she and her sister taught Nash and Hayes Grier some freestyle.
