ABOUT SOL BAMBA

Center back who joined Trabzonspor in 2012 and debuted with the Ivory Coast national team in 2008. He played for nine teams throughout his professional career.

He began his professional career with Paris Saint-Germain in 2004.

He made 75 appearances for Hibernian from 2008 to 2011. He passed away from cancer at the young age of 39.

He was born in Ivry-sur-Seine, France.

He and striker Wilfried Bony became teammates on the Ivory Coast national team.
