Music video director known for her work with artists like No Doubt and The Killers. She has been extremely prolific since the early 80's, directing more than one hundred music videos.

She earned her Masters Degree from Royal College of Art and worked as an assistant on the 1984 film Company of Wolves.

She directed the video for No Doubt's "Don't Speak," which won the Best Group Video award at the 1997 MTV Video Music Awards.

She has siblings named Matthew and Clare.

She won a MTV Video Music Award for directing the video for the Annie Lennox single "Why."
