ABOUT STEFANO BARBATO
Italian chef and culinary content creator who rose to fame by sharing his recipes on YouTube and through cookbooks. His Chef Stefano Barbato channel has earned more thanĀ 900,000 subscribers.
He studied at the Carlo Porta hospitality school in Milan, and from there he worked in a variety of restaurants. He launched his YouTube channel in 2015.
He worked in the hospitality field on an eco-friendly property in Ecuador, and later opened a restaurant in the country. His published book titles include 'The Art of Good Eating: The Best of My Kitchen', 'The Kitchen for Everyone by Chef Stefano Barbato' and 'Cucina Italiana Amore & Passione'.
His motherĀ helped build his passion for cooking from a very young age, and he grew up cooking alongside her. His wife is from Ecuador.
In 2016 he posted a YouTube video titled "Fagioli alla Bud Spencer e Terence Hill ", featuring a recipe inspired by the Italian stars.
