ABOUT STEVE ANTHONY COOK

Professional defender that was signed by the England based Nottingham Forest Football Club in January 2022. He was a vital player during AFC Bournemouth's 2014-15 League One Championship run. After his team's championship season, AFC Bournemouth was promoted to the English Premier League.

He first began playing for Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. as a child playing for their youth squad. A few years later in 2008, he signed his first professional contract for Brighton & Hove Albion.

During AFC Bournemouth's 2014-15 championship run, he scored his first career League One goal while playing against the Millwall Football Club on October 5, 2014. He scored a career high four goals that season.

He is a native of Hastings, England.

He played alongside Gary Cahill and Robbie Brady as a member of AFC Bournemouth during the 2022 club season.
