ABOUT STEVE PORTER

American DJ who has achieved great popularity through his pop culture-focused mashups and remixes, including "Slap Chop Rap," which has been viewed more than 15 million times on YouTube. He is also a house music producer known for albums like 2006's Porterhouse.

He began creating music as a student at Williston Northampton School. He was signed to Chris Fortier's Fade Records label after being discovered by the DJ in 1999.
