American television producer and writer best known for his work on productions such as Freddie , The Class , Complete Savages , Nickelodeon's All That , The Amanda Show , Drake & Josh , Zoey 101 and iCarly and The WB's What I Like About You .
He was the author of the blog The Sneeze until April 2011.
From 2007 to 2019, he was a producer/writer on the sitcom The Big Bang Theory . He also co-created its prequel spinoff, Young Sheldon .
He was born and raised in Queens, New York.
He was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series two times along with fellow writers Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady , in 2011 and 2012.
