ABOUT STORM ELVIN THORGERSON
Notable art director, artist, filmmaker, and graphic designer who was best known for his cover art collaborations with the legendary British Rock Group Pink Floyd . He is also well-known for his artwork on projects for Led Zeppelin , Black Sabbath , Phish and many others.
Prior to his professional career, he attended the University of Leicester. He eventually received his Master's Degree from the Royal College of Art.
He was classmates with Syd Barrett and Roger Waters while at the Cambridgeshire High School for Boys. In fact, he was once rugby teammates with Roger Waters. He has also received credit for being a book cover artist.
He grew up living with his family in Middlesex, England.
Back in 1994, he was given the opportunity to be the best man for David Gilmour 's wedding.
