ABOUT SUPRIYA SULE

Indian politician who has served as a Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha. She is a member of the Nationalist Congress Party and has been widely recognized for her campaign against female foeticide.

She earned a B.Sc. degree in Microbiology from Jai Hind College in Mumbai.

She received the Mumbai Women of the Decade Achievers Award by ALL Ladies League.

She is the daughter of National Congress Party President Sharad Pawar . She married Sadanand Bhalchandra Sule and has children named Vijay and Revati.

She and Rahul Gandhi have both been members of Indian Parliament.
