ABOUT SUSUR LEE
Chef known for his two popular Canadian restaurants: Lee and Bent. He also opened a third world-renowned Toronto restaurant called Susur.
He worked as a culinary arts apprentice at the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong.
He appeared on an episode of the reality cooking competition Top Chef: Masters.
He and his five siblings grew up in Hong Kong. He has three sons named Levi , Kai and Jet .
He competed against Bobby Flay on Top Chef: Masters.
