ABOUT SVETLANA KHORKINA

Gymnast who won gold medals in the women's uneven bars in the 1996 and 2000 Olympics, while also taking silver in women's team all-around both years.

She grew up practicing gymnastics in Belgorod, Russia.

She won silver in the women's floor exercise at the 2000 Olympics.

She gave birth to her first son, Svyatoslav Khorkin, in 2005.

Amy Chow finished second to her in the women's uneven bars at the 1996 Olympics.
