ABOUT SYLVAIN WHITE
French film director and screenwriter who directed the film Stomp the Yard starring Ne-Yo and Meagan Good . He also directed the action comedy The Losers, starring Chris Evans , Idris Elba and Zoe Saldaña .
He attended university in France at La Sorbonne. In 1998, he graduated from Pomona College. He made his directing debut on the 2002 short film Quiet.
He has directed episodes on television series such as The Americans , CSI , Hawaii Five-0 , The Following and Sleepy Hollow .
He is the son of an American pro-basketball player and a French flight attendant.
During college, he worked with visual luminary directors, Michel Gondry and Spike Jonze .
