ABOUT TAJI GOODMAN

Rapper, vocalist, entertainer, artist, performer, and musician who is best known for being a member of the prominent Philadelphia rap trio Da Youngsta's alongside his brother and his cousin. They were compared to rap group Kriss Kross but noted that they wrote their own rhymes.

He began rapping verses with his family.

He and Da Youngsta's released albums including 1992's Somethin 4 Da Youngsta's and 1993's The Aftermath. He was in the 1993 film Who's The Man. The group formed in 1991 and released popular songs including "Illy Filly Funk," "Hip Hop Ride," "Everyman 4 Theyself," "Wild Child," and "Mad Props."

His brother is Qu'ran "Q-Ball" Goodman and his cousin is Tarik "Reek Geez" Dawson. His father is producer Lawrence Goodman.

He collaborated with Pete Rock , Marley Marl , DJ Premier , and CL Smooth.
