He first discovered his passion for music as a young boy growing up. He would eventually begin his professional music career in the year 2009.

In 2009, he was credited for being a co-writer of Rihanna 's song "Wait Your Turn." At its peak, the song was listed as the 45th most popular song on the UK Singles Chart. He has received just over 29 million views on his official TakuraVEVO YouTube channel.
