Canadian fitness model and instructor who is best recognized for having been the co-founder of Whole Experience which offers traveling health food retreats. She shares photos form her healthy retreats as well as modeling shots in a wide range of workout clothing for her over 240,000 followers.

She first started sharing her fitness related photos and content through Instagram in May of 2012.

She is also known for running a separate Instagram account called Tameika G Travels where she shares photos from her different travel destinations including Ethiopia, Iceland, Indonesia, Australia, and Singapore.

She was born and raised in Canada and shared a photo with her grandmother to Instagram in May of 2012.
