ABOUT TAULANT XHAKA

Albanian soccer player who won Swiss Super League titles with FC Basel in 2011 and 2014. He has played internationally for both Switzerland and Albania.

He came up through the youth system of Concordia Basel starting in 2000.

He was named a Citizen of Honor by the mayor of the city of Mitrovica, Kosovo in October 2014.

His younger brother is professional soccer player Granit Xhaka .

He has been teammates with Serey Die at FC Basel.
