
Thomas Tayebwa
ABOUT THOMAS TAYEBWA
Ugandan politician who has served as a member of the Parliament of Uganda since 2016. He represents Ruhinda North County in the Mitooma District in Western Uganda. He is a member of the National Resistance Movement party.
He attended Makerere University where he studied social science and then got his law degree.
He also serves as the director of Cholmat Investments. He has also served on the Natural Resources, and National Economy Committees of Parliament. He was re-elected back to Parliament in 2021.
He married Anita Rukundo in 2009, and they have one child together.
Yoweri Museveni is the current president of Uganda.
