Defenseman who played for Dynamo St. Petersburg's junior team.

He was injured during a playoff game against Loko Yaroslavl when he was struck by a puck hit from the neutral zone.

Just three days after his accident, he passed away at a local hospital on March 15 in Yaroslavl, Russia. The team captain was only 19.

He was born on October 6, 2001 in Chelyabinsk, Russia.

He and Alex Ovechkin were both teenage Russian hockey sensations.
