ABOUT TOMMY ANDREASON
Danish film producer, filmmaker, and Senior Creative Manager at LEGO known for creating and producing a series of LEGO franchises including LEGO Ninjago (2019), LEGO Chima (2013), Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu ( 2011), and LEGO Nexo Knights (2015).
He grew up with a love for adventurous but kid-friendly films. He worked as an art director and freelance illustrator in the 1990s. He joined the LEGO group in the early 2000s and began developing various LEGO sets and stories.
By the year 2009, he started working on developing LEGO-based shows, the first being Ninjago. It premiered in the year 2011. His favorite movie and favorite character of all time is E.T. the Extraterrestrial (1981). He loves coleslaw, summer, dinosaurs, and all things 1980s/1990s.
He was born and raised in Denmark.
He worked on Ninjago (2011) alongside voice actors Vincent Tong , Michael Adamthwaite , Brent Miller , Kirby Morrow , and Andrew Francis .
