ABOUT TONY KAYE

English keyboardist known for being a founding member of the band formed in 1968 called Yes. He has since been a member of a variety of other bands, and has come in and out of being active in the music industry.

He was trained as a concert pianist before learning to play the keyboard in other genres. He attended Leicester Art College to study advertising and design.

His full name is Anthony John Selvidge. Although he was born and raised in England, he has lived in the United States for a large part of his life.

He has four brothers and grew up with his family in North London. He married Daniela Torchia, an actress and singer-songwriter.

Early in his career, he toured with David Bowie and then the rock band KISS .
