Contestant on the 2014 season of My Kitchen Rules who appeared on the series with her to-be wife Carly Saunders . The couple would be featured on a number of national radio and TV programs such as The Morning Show and Better Homes and Gardens.

She was an athlete growing up, playing a number of different sports.

She worked as a real estate sales agent and found a passion for property investing and renovating houses. She also became a certified Neuroptimal neurofeedback trainer.

She married Carly Saunders in 2014. She  and her two older brothers were raised in Clarence Town.

She and Zana Pali have both been featured on My Kitchen Rules.
