
Trey Davis
ABOUT TREY DAVIS
American basketball player who played as point guard for the Maine Celtics of the NBA G-League. He went undrafted in the 2017 NBA draft, but signed to the Celtics later that year. He was let go from the Celtics in February 2023.
He attended University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he played basketball for the Minutemen.
He established himself as a reliable scorer and playmaker in college, averaging over 10 points per game his senior year. In his first season in the G-League, he was named to the All-Rookie team and was selected to play in the league's All-Star game. Over the course of his playing career, he was a part of the Celtics four separate times.
He was born in DeSoto, Texas, to Melissa and Curtis Davis. He has two siblings: Martell Derouen and Skylar Derouen.
He played alongside Mfiondu Kabengele on the Celtics in 2022.
