Tricia Marwick

ABOUT TRICIA MARWICK

Career politician who is recognized for having been the first woman to serve as the 4th Presiding Officer of the Scottish Parliament. She was a member the Scottish National Party before being appointed as the 4th Presiding Officer.

She worked as a Public Affairs Officer for the homeless charity program Shelter Scotland.

In 2016, she became a board member of the NHS Fife healthcare system.

She married Frank Marwick.

Both she and Nicola Sturgeon were members of the Scottish National Party.
