ABOUT TROY JOHNSON
Food writer who found fame as the host and writer of the Food Network show Crave. He has also served as the senior editor for Modern Luxury as well as the food and restaurant editor for San Diego Magazine.
He studied Public Speaking and Creative Writing at California State University-Chico. He was a music writer before transitioning to food writing.
He wrote a memoir called Family Outing about growing up with a gay parent.
He has been married and has a daughter.
He and Beau MacMillan have both been judges on the show Guy's Grocery Games.
