ABOUT TY PACOT

Teenager who publicly battled cancer after his family started a GoFundMe appeal to pay for his treatment. He passed away on December 12, 2020.

In September 2019, he was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of brain cancer. It was his second cancer diagnosis.

His cancer was called Infiltrative Astrocytoma Glioma. He had three cats named Tex, Jaz and Bo.

In January 2021, his mother, Stephanie Pacot-Fletcher, thanked people for their donations and prayers. She said because of people's generous gifts, his family was able to spend a few more precious weeks with him.

He is one of many well-known people whose personal stories have helped raise awareness about childhood cancer, including Stephen Sutton .
